These terms cover use of this website only. The Budget Tracker Android app has its own separate Terms & Conditions, which apply once you install and use the app. This document isn't a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer — if you need a legally certain answer, ask one.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Bramora Labs, an independent software studio, to describe and promote the Budget Tracker Android app.
2. The content here is informational, not advice
The guides on this site — on budgeting, Zakat, and money management — are general information written to be genuinely useful, not personalized financial, tax, or religious advice. The Zakat guide in particular is not a fatwa; Zakat rulings differ between scholars, and you should confirm your exact obligation with a qualified scholar. Comparisons of other budgeting apps reflect their public listings at time of writing and can change — verify current details on the app's own store listing before deciding.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to attempt unauthorized access to it, scrape it at disruptive volume, or use it to distribute malware or spam.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, and screenshots on this site belong to Bramora Labs unless otherwise noted, and app screenshots depict the Budget Tracker app. You may quote or link to this site with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale as your own.
5. Third-party links and services
The "Get notified" box on this site submits to Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service — see our Privacy Policy for what that involves. This site also links to a small number of other external sites, currently GitHub's own documentation and Web3Forms' policy pages. Other apps mentioned in comparison guides are named for reference but not linked. Once Budget Tracker is live, this site will also link to its Google Play Store listing. We don't control any of these external sites or services and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
6. No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We try to keep everything on it accurate — every claim about the app is checked against its actual code before publishing — but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bramora Labs isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Legal rights and applicable law
These terms do not select a governing jurisdiction. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply. This hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — if you're relying on this for a specific legal question, get independent advice.
